I’m heading off to Tiree for the next week. It’ll be a week of peace and relaxation so i’m going to have plenty of time to update this website, removing the redundant opportunities and updating you on my own news. I’ll be using this site as a personal and marketing blog, so you can keep track of whats working online and whats not! Look to the right, subscribe and stay tuned!
Well, we’ve arrived on the Isle of Tiree. So much to pack last night, and we set off at 2am. I didnt sleep beforehand or on the ferry. The boat left Oban on the Scottish mainland at 7am and we even saw some basking sharks in the Sound of Mull.
We arrived in Tiree at 11.15am in glorious sunshine. Turned out to be a nice warm day, if a little breezy.
Firstly, after a quick shop, we went to our cottage and thankfully everything was in order, the way it had been left. Very little maintenance will be needed, although the garden is a little overgrown and needs some weeds removed.
Went round to the cemetary in the afternoon and i laid some flowers on my parents grave. Quickly went around some of the other accommodation to ensure the aunts and uncles had all arrived safely too. Then, we went to the local community hall and set out all the tables for my sister’s wedding. Decorated the hall with candles, balloons and more all ready for tomorrow’s wedding.
Got back to the cottage for some dinner.
Took the dogs a fantastic walk along a nearby beach! (See above video). The beaches are clean , white sands and the sea a beautiful aquamarine.
Settled down to watch TV and a few drinks. Been a long day. It’s Saturday night and i’ve not slept 1 hour since Thursday night. Heading to bed right now and ready for Lorna’s big day tomorrow.
Well everybody, i’m back! you probably noticed the abrupt end to my blog below and sudden recommencement again this week. Sadly, my mother passed away at New Year 2009 /2010 after battling cancer for a few months. This had a profund and deep effect on me, really if i have to be honest, making me realise there is more to life than what we do online. The importance of time offline and family was at the forefront of my mind. Life must go on, and now some 7 months later, i’ve been drawn back to pick up where i left my online activities.
So, i’m here again, to tell my online business interests, seek out new opportunities and to update a little on my personal blog story. Please bookmark this site today and drop by often. Thanks.
I thought it was about time i consolidated all my existing websites into one “easy to promote” website that lets the user choose where to go to next! I’ve been meaning to do this for a few years now, but didnt have a strong brand until MLMcore came along. Hope you enjoy this emerging portal.
